Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a methylaluminoxane composition in which the residual ratio of trimethyl aluminum that is used as a raw material, is reduced, in which availability as a cocatalyst component for polymerization of olefin, etc., is enhanced, and in which storage stability is satisfactory, in a short period of time and with a good yield as compared to conventional methods.SOLUTION: There is provided is a method for producing methylaluminoxane composition by reacting a trimethyl aluminum and an organic carboxylic acid compound to prepare a methylaluminoxane precursor, and then by thermally decomposing the obtained methylaluminoxane precursor to produce the methylaluminoxane composition. The thermal decomposition is carried out by heating the methylaluminoxane precursor while circulating the precursor in a flow type reaction tube. In the method for producing the aluminoxane composition, methylaluminoxane precursor thermal decomposition reaction can be completed in a shorter period of time than the conventional art and a methylaluminoxane composition having a less trimethyl aluminum residual amount can be obtained.
【課題】原料として用いるトリメチルアルミニウムの残留率を低減し、オレフィンなどの重合用助触媒成分として有用が向上し、かつ保存安定性も良好なメチルアルミノキサン組成物を、従来の方法に比べて短時間に、かつ良好な収率で製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】トリメチルアルミニウムと有機カルボン酸化合物とを反応させてメチルアルミノキサン前駆体を調製し、次いで得られたメチルアルミノキサン前駆体を熱分解してメチルアルミノキサン組成物を製造する方法。前記熱分解は、メチルアルミノキサン前駆体をフロー型反応管内を流通させながら加熱することで行う。本発明のアルミノキサン組成物の製造方法は、従来よりも短時間でメチルアルミノキサン前駆体熱分解反応完結でき、トリメチルアルミニウム残量の少ないメチルアルミノキサン組成物を得ることが出来る。【選択図】なし |
