Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having a function for reducing difference in baked color on front and rear surfaces of a heating object, and for improving the finish of deep fry cooking especially for French fries, croquettes, fried shrimps and the like, in hot air circulation cooking.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a heating chamber 3; a convection heater 91 and a hot air circulation unit 9 installed above the heating chamber; heaters 97a, 97b and 15a, 15b installed above and below the heating chamber 3; temperature detection means (sensor tube) 21 for detecting the temperature in the heating chamber 3; and electric conduction switching means (thermostat) 20 in which electric conduction to the convection heater 91 and electric conduction to the heaters 15a, 15b installed below are switched, when the temperature in the heating chamber 3 detected by the temperature detection means 21 exceeds a predetermined temperature. 【課題】熱風循環調理の際に、被加熱物の表裏面の焼き色の差を少なくし、特にフライドポテトやコロッケ、海老フライ等の揚げ物調理の仕上がりを良くする機能を備えた加熱調理器を提供する。【解決手段】加熱室3と、加熱室の上部に設置されたコンベクションヒータ91と熱風循環ユニット9と、加熱室3の上部と下部に設置したヒータ97a,97b及び15a,15bと、加熱室3内の温度を検知する温度検知手段(感知管)21と、温度検知手段21で検出した加熱室3内の温度が所定温度を超えたときに、前記コンベクションヒータ91への通電と、前記下部に設置したヒータ15a,15bへの通電とが切替わる通電切替え手段(サーモスタット)20と備えている。【選択図】図5
