【課題】複数の階床をサービスする複数のかごと、行先階を登録するための乗場行先階登録装置とを具えたエレベータにおいて、入口階などの特定の階床の混雑を緩和又は抑制する。【解決手段】本発明の群管理制御装置１０は、複数の階床に対して複数のかご２０を就役させており、特定の階床には乗場行先階登録装置３０が設けられたエレベータを制御する。群管理制御装置は、乗場行先階登録装置を介して入力された行先階を乗場呼びとして登録すると共に、当該乗場呼びに対してかごを割り当てる。群管理制御装置は、各かごについて、当該かごが特定の階床に所定の方向で到達する時点での、特定の階床における待ち人数の予測値を決定し、あるかごについて決定した待ち人数の予測値が所定値以上となる場合、当該かごを、特定の階床以外の階床でなされた乗場呼びに応答させない運転モードで運転させる。【選択図】図２ |
