MICROWAVE LEAKAGE PREVENTION FILTER FOR MICROWAVE APPLICATION DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave leakage prevention filter for a high temperature microwave application device whose filtering function does not reduce through high temperature heating.SOLUTION: This invention provides a microwave leakage prevention filter 50 comprising a flange 11b which extends at an outer circumference side of an opening 11a of an inner casing 11 acting as a heating chamber for supplying microwave and an I-shaped filter element 51 disposed in an opening/closing door 16 installed at the opening 11a. A vertical surface 51a of the I-shaped filter element 51 is positioned in a right-angle direction with respect to the flange 11b and its distal end 51b faces the flange 11b. A clearance 52 between the distal end 51b of the I-shaped filter element 51 and the flange 11b is expanded, and high temperature heating transmitted from the flange 11b to the I-shaped filter element 51 and the opening/closing door 16 is reduced. 【課題】高温加熱によってフィルター機能が低下することのない高温用マイクロ波応用装置のマイクロ波漏洩防止フィルターを提案すること。【解決手段】マイクロ波を供給する加熱室である内側筐体１１の開口部１１ａの外周側に延設したフランジ１１ｂと、前記開口部１１ａに設けた開閉扉１６に配設したＩ字形フィルター素子５１からなるマイクロ波漏洩防止フィルター５０を設け、前記Ｉ字形フィルター素子５１の垂直面５１ａを前記フランジ１１ｂに対して直角方向としてその先端部５１ｂを前記フランジ１１ｂに対向させ、かつ、前記Ｉ字形フィルター素子５１の先端部５１ｂと前記フランジ１１ｂとの間隔５２を拡張させ、前記フランジ１１ｂから前記Ｉ字形フィルター素子５１と前記開閉扉１６とに伝達される高温加熱を減少させる構成としてある。【選択図】図１
