【課題】部品長手方向に沿って湾曲する湾曲部を有するプレス成形部品に対して、「反り」と「捩り」の両方のスプリングバックを軽減できるプレス成形方法及び該プレス成形方法によって成形されたプレス成形部品を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るプレス成形方法は、基本となる金型の形状データを用いてプレス成形解析を行い、下死点における外側フランジ部7と内側フランジ部11の応力分布を取得するプレス成形解析工程(S1)と、該プレス成形解析工程で取得した応力分布において、圧縮応力部C及び/又は弱応力部Nにステップ形状19が形成されるようにプレス成形を行うプレス成形工程(S2)とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1 |
