HOOK-AND-LOOP FASTENER MADE OF CLOTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-and-loop fastener made of cloth, excellent in flexibility of the base cloth, retaining an engaging force and engagement durability, and excellent in dimensional stability.SOLUTION: A hook-and-loop fastener made of cloth is such that: a multifilament constituting a loop-like engaging element of a loop hook-and-loop fastener is constituted of PBT-based polyester; a monofilament yarn constituting a hook-like engaging element of a hook hook-and-loop fastener is PBT-based soft polyester; a ground warp constituting a textile base cloth is a multifilament yarn comprising PET-based polyester; a ground weft constituting the textile base cloth is a multifilament yarn comprising a core-sheath type heat fusible filament having PBT-based low melting point polyester as the sheath component; and inorganic fine particles are added to the sheath component of the heat fusible filament so as to reduce the situation where melted resin flows into the base cloth and the base cloth is hardened by binder resin. 【課題】基布の柔軟性に優れており、係合力と係合耐久性を保持し、寸法安定性に優れる布製の面ファスナーを提供する。【解決手段】ループ面ファスナーのループ状係合素子を構成するマルチフィラメントをＰＢＴ系のポリエステルで構成し、フック面ファスナーのフック状係合素子を構成するモノフィラメント糸をＰＢＴ系の柔軟なポリエステルとし、織物基布を構成する地経糸をＰＥＴ系ポリエステルからなるマルチフィラメント糸とし、織物基布を構成する地緯糸をＰＢＴ系の低融点ポリエステルを鞘成分とする芯鞘型の熱融着性フィラメントからなるマルチフィラメント糸とし、熱融着性フィラメントの鞘成分には無機微粒子を添加することにより、溶融した樹脂が基布内に流れ込んで、基布がバインダー樹脂により固められることを少なくした。【選択図】なし
