Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression construction method of a pneumatic caisson for enabling work by a worker in a workroom even in construction of a great depth.SOLUTION: A water cutoff part 7 is formed in an outer peripheral surface of a caisson 1 above a blade port part 4 of the caisson 1 under a condition that a ground upper part is a water permeable layer 11 and its lower part is a water impermeable layer 12. Spring-out of underground water is almost none in the uniform water impermeable layer 12, and underground water of the upper water permeable layer 11 flows in. However, at the time when requiring an entrance of at least the worker in sinking construction, since atmospheric pressure in a workroom 2 can be reduced by applying water cutoff means (the water cutoff part 7) for blocking up a clearance 6 with the water impermeable layer 12 above a friction cut part 5, even in the construction of the pneumatic caisson of the great depth, internal atmospheric pressure in the workroom 2 is set to 0.7 MPa or less, and ideally, to 0.4 MPa or less, to thereby enable going in and out to the workroom 2 of the worker.
【課題】大深度の施工においても作業室内での作業員による作業を可能とするニューマチックケーソンの減圧施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤上部が透水層11で、その下が非透水層12という条件において、ケーソン1の刃口部4の上方のケーソン1外周面に止水部7を形成させる。均一な非透水層12では地下水の湧出はほとんどなく、上方の透水層11の地下水が流入してくることになるが、沈設施工中の少なくとも作業員の立ち入りが必要となる時点において、フリクションカット部5の上方に、非透水層12との隙間6を塞ぐ止水手段(止水部7)を施すことで、作業室2内の気圧を下げることが可能となるため、大深度のニューマチックケーソンの施工においても、作業室2内の内気圧を0.7MPa以下、理想的には0.4MPa以下とし、それにより作業員の作業室2内への出入を可能とする。【選択図】図1 |
