In other words, the shaft adjusting unit 60 is adjusted to a length at which the end portion projects outward through a bearing hole 11a of the lid body 11 and a knob 80 for rotational operation can be fit on the end portion in a state where the base end is connected with the end portion of the rotary shaft 32. Furthermore, the shaft adjusting unit 60 includes means for applying sliding resistance to the rotational operation by the knob 80 and means for turning on and off a microswitch 50 at a predetermined rotational angle.
