Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single inserting operation type pipe connector device with easy component assembly.SOLUTION: This pipe connector device comprises a connecting pipe 10 in which both ends of the pipe are expanded to form a pipe storing home 11, the pipe is expanded from the end part of the pipe storing home to form a fixed home 13, a first slant surface 15 is formed from the end part of the fixed home and a pipe drawing port 17 is formed from the end part of the first slant surface; an O-ring 20 inserted into the fixed home of the connecting pipe; an underlay member 30 formed by elastic material quality and inserted into the rear end of the O-ring; and a jaw member 40 in which a plurality of jaws 41 having serration formed at the inner circumferential surface are connected to each other by elastic members and formed into a circular shape. After the connected portions are welded for pipe connection to the connecting pipe having an expanded pipe formed, these components are processed with chemical treatment to make a smooth surface and at the same time, metallic components are processed through reduction, the jaws, O-ring and rubber underlay integrated by elastic substances are inserted into the connecting pipe while being deformed.
【課題】部品組み立てが容易なワンタッチ挿入式パイプ連結装置を提供する。【解決手段】両端が拡管されパイプ収納ホーム11が形成され、パイプ収納ホーム末端から拡管され固定ホーム13が形成され、前記固定ホームの末端から第1傾斜面15が形成され、前記第1傾斜面の末端からパイプ引入口17が形成される連結管10と、連結管の固定ホームに挿入されるオーリング20と、弾性材質で形成され前記オーリング後端に挿入される下敷き部材30と、内周面に鋸歯が形成される複数のジョー41が弾性部材により相互連結されて円形に形成され、前記連結管の第1傾斜面内部に挿入されるジョー部材40を含み、拡管形成された連結管に配管連結のために連結を溶接した後、これらを薬品処理して表面を滑らかにすると共に金属成分を還元させて、弾性材質によって一体化されたジョー、オーリング及びゴム下敷きを連結管内部に変形させて挿入する。【選択図】図5 |
