Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an opening part to a cast while performing casting.SOLUTION: A pull-up continuous casting method comprises: a step for making molten metal M1 held by a holding furnace 101 pass through a molten metal passing part 103 of a shape regulating member 102 regulating the cross-sectional shape of a cast to be casted M3, and pulling it up; a step for determining the upper end of an opening part 50 forming the cast M3 by inserting a pair of stick-like members 110 into molten metal M2 pulled up via the molten metal passing part 103 while making them contact to each other; a step for separating the pair of stick-like members 110 inserted into the molten metal M2; a step for making the pair of separated stick-like members 110 contact to each other again; and a step for determining the lower end of the opening part 50 by raising the pair of stick-like members 110 made to re-contact to each other to a side upper than a solidification interface SIF while inserted into the molten metal M2.
【課題】鋳造しながら鋳物に開口部を形成すること。【解決手段】本発明の一態様に係る引上式連続鋳造方法は、保持炉101に保持された溶湯M1を、鋳造する鋳物M3の断面形状を規定する形状規定部材102の溶湯通過部103を通過させ、引き上げるステップと、溶湯通過部103を介して引き上げられた溶湯M2に対し、1対の棒状部材110を互いに接触させた状態で挿入し、鋳物M3に形成する開口部50の上端を決定するステップと、溶湯M2に挿入された1対の棒状部材110を離間させるステップと、離間した1対の棒状部材110を再接触させるステップと、溶湯M2に挿入したままの状態で、再接触した1対の棒状部材110を凝固界面SIFよりも上側に上昇させ、開口部50の下端を決定するステップと、を備えたものである。【選択図】図7F |
