Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an R-T-B rare earth magnet capable of maintaining a maximum energy product even after high temperature exposure exceeding 150°C, and excellent in the temperature cycle characteristics repeating temperature rising and temperature lowering, and to provide an electric motor including the rare earth magnet, and a device including the electric motor.SOLUTION: In an R-T-B rare earth magnet containing crystal particles 1 having a tetragonal RTB compound (where, R is a rare earth element, T is an iron group element, and B is boron) as the main phase, magnetic material nanowires 2 are dispersed, while being oriented in one direction, at least into the crystal particles 1.
【課題】150℃を超える高温暴露後においても最大エネルギー積を維持でき、昇温と降温を繰り返す温度サイクル特性に優れたR−T−B系希土類磁石、該希土類磁石を備えた電動機、及び該電動機を備えた装置を提供すること。【解決手段】正方晶R2T14B化合物(ここで、Rは希土類元素であり、Tは鉄族元素であり、Bはホウ素である。)を主相とする結晶粒子1を含むR−T−B系希土類磁石において、少なくとも結晶粒子1内部に、磁性体ナノワイヤ2が一方向に配向して分散された希土類磁石。【選択図】図1 |
