Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect quench phenomenon in a superconducting magnet accurately in the early stage.SOLUTION: An active quench detection method of a superconducting magnet having an electric circuit (4) where a DC power supply (3) is connected in series with superconducting coils (L1, L2), two loop circuits (11, 12) connected in parallel with the electric circuit (4), and an AC signal supply section (15) provided on a common potential line (14) owned by these loop circuits, and supplying an AC signal, i.e., an active signal having a predetermined frequency, determines the potential difference of voltage detection values on respective loop circuits, and determines that quench is detected when the potential difference exceeds a predetermined threshold.
【課題】超電導マグネットにおいてクエンチ現象を早期且つ精度よく検出する。【解決手段】本願は、超電導コイル(L1、L2)に直流電源(3)が直列接続された電気回路(4)を有する超電導マグネットのアクティブ・クエンチ検出方法に関し、電気回路(4)に並列に接続された2つのループ回路(11、12)と、これらのループ回路が享有する共通電位線(14)上に設けられ、所定周波数を有するアクティブ信号である交流信号を供給する交流信号供給部(15)とを備え、各ループ回路上における電圧検出値の電位差を求め、該電位差が所定の閾値を超えた場合にクエンチを検出したと判定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図4 |
