From added sensor information, the movement direction and the movement distance are calculated, and an electric current value can be set that corresponds to a weight by referring to an electric current correction table. 【課題】紙幣収納庫において、紙幣のサイズが違う場合や同一サイズであっても水分などを含んでいた場合は同一枚数であっても総重量は異なることがある。しかし、従来技術では紙幣の重量を検知する手段がなく、紙幣収納庫内の押圧板を動かすモータの電流制御は常に最大重量を考慮した保持力が必要なため、最大重量を想定した電流で制御している。このため、紙幣収納庫内の紙幣が少ない場合、不要に多くの電力を消費してしまうという課題があった。【解決手段】紙幣収納庫の紙幣を積載する押圧板の移動方向と移動距離を検出できるセンサを追加した構成とする。追加したセンサ情報から移動方向と移動距離を算出し、電流補正テーブルを参照することで重さに応じた電流値を設定することができる。【選択図】図4
