Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stretched film capable of stretching the film while a homogeneous force is being impressed along the film transport direction within a film stretching zone and an apparatus for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: Stretching discs 23A and 23B are arranged while mutually flaring along the width direction toward the transport direction and while a gap enabling mutual opposition is being secured, and cyclic groove portions 28A and 28B skirting along the respective outer circumferences of both are formed. Wires 24A and 24B are outfitted so as to nip, with the groove portions 28A and 28B, both side edge portions of the film and are mobilized along endless orbits so as to stretch the film along the width direction while the film is being transported along the transport direction. Transport rollers 25A through 27B are arranged along inner circumferences of the endless orbits of the wires 24A and 24B. The stretching discs 23A and 23B are arranged along inner circumferences of the endless orbits of the wires 24A and 24B.
