OPENING/CLOSING BODY CONTROL SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing body control system etc., that controls the opening speed of an opening/closing body according to a movement of a portable communication instrument without requiring any user's operation, and is high in convenience.SOLUTION: An opening/closing body control system includes a portable communication instrument and an opening/closing body control device which performs opening control over an opening/closing body through wireless communication with the portable communication instrument. The opening/closing body control device 10 transmits the position of the opening/closing body control device as an origin position to the portable communication instrument. The portable communication instrument 20 finds the distance from the origin position based upon the origin position from the opening/closing body control device and the position of the portable communication instrument obtained from a sensor part of the portable communication instrument, periodically derives a time of arrival at the origin position based upon the distance from the origin position and temporal change in position obtained from the sensor part of the portable communication instrument, and transmits the time of arrival to the opening/closing body control device.
