DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING SELECTION OF COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a user to obtain comfortable environment while saving energy.SOLUTION: When a user makes a request such as 'hot' in an object space, preliminarily held favorite environmental conditions of the user are extracted from an ID of the user who makes the request (a step S15). A position detection classification satisfying the favorite environmental conditions of the user in the object space is retrieved (a step S19) based on various kinds of sensor information, and when a corresponding position detection classification exists, the classification is transmitted to a user terminal as a recommended position (steps S20, S21). When a position detection classification corresponding to user's tastes does not exist, a control item for adjusting current ambient environment of the user to the favorite environmental conditions of the user is transmitted to the user terminal with increment of environmental loads in accordance with control of the ambient environment (steps S23, S24). 【課題】省エネルギ化を図りつつユーザが快適環境を得るための支援を行う。【解決手段】対象空間においてユーザが「暑い」などのリクエスト要求を行うと、このリクエスト要求を行ったユーザのＩＤから、予め保持しているこのユーザの好みの環境条件が抽出される（ステップＳ１５）。各種センサ情報に基づき、対象空間内の、このユーザの好みの環境条件を満足する位置検知区分が検索され（ステップＳ１９）、該当する位置検知区分が存在すれば、ユーザ端末にお勧め位置として送信される（ステップＳ２０、Ｓ２１）。ユーザの好みに該当する位置検知区分が存在しなければ、このユーザの現在の周囲環境を、ユーザの好みの環境条件に調整するため制御項目を、その制御に伴う環境負荷の増加分とともにユーザ端末に送信する（ステップＳ２３、Ｓ２４）。【選択図】図８
