THROAT CLEANER OF COKE OVEN AND THROAT CLEANING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throat cleaner of a coke oven which is easy in maintenance, and a throat cleaning method.SOLUTION: A throat cleaner 10 which is mounted to a coke oven work vehicle traveling on the extrusion side or discharge side of a coke oven to remove deposits on a throat 12 of a carbonization chamber includes: a moving carriage 13 which is provided in the coke oven work vehicle and moves forward and backward with respect to the throat 12; an elevation part 15 which is guided by a column member 14 of the moving carriage 13 to move up and down; a left sheet surface removal part 19 and a right sheet surface removal part 20 which are provided on both right and left sides of the elevation part 15 and move down along left and right side sheet parts 17, 18 of an annular sheet surface 16 of the throat 12 to scrape deposits on the side sheet parts 17, 18; and an inner surface removal part 23 which is provided in the elevation part 15, is fitted to the inside of the throat 12, and moves down along left and right inner side surfaces 21, 22 of the throat 12 to scrape deposits on the inner side surfaces 21, 22. 【課題】メンテナンスが容易なコークス炉の炉口クリーナ及び炉口クリーニング方法を提供する。【解決手段】コークス炉の押出側又は排出側を走行するコークス炉作業車両に取付けられて、炭化室の炉口１２の付着物を除去する炉口クリーナ１０は、コークス炉作業車両に設けられ、炉口１２に対して進退する移動台車１３と、移動台車１３の柱部材１４にガイドされて上下に移動する昇降部１５と、昇降部１５の左右両側に設けられ、炉口１２の環状シート面１６の左右の側シート部１７、１８に沿って下降し、側シート部１７、１８の付着物を掻き取る左、右シート面除去部１９、２０と、昇降部１５に設けられ、炉口１２の内側に嵌入し、炉口１２の左右の内側面２１、２２に沿って下降し、内側面２１、２２の付着物を掻き取る内面除去部２３とを有する。【選択図】図１
