Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quickly, efficiently and safely purifying soil and wastewater contaminated with harmful substances by relatively simple operation.SOLUTION: A method for purifying soil contaminated with harmful substances includes: a first process of contacting and mixing a leaching agent solution with soil contaminated with harmful substances to leach the harmful substances into the leaching agent solution in an ionic state and then solid-liquid separating a leaching agent suspension containing the harmful substances and the soil; and a second process of mixing a water-soluble silicon raw material, a water-soluble aluminum raw material, and an alkali raw material into the separated leaching solution containing harmful substance ions, obtained in the first process and reacting them to adsorb the harmful substance ions to an ion adsorbent comprising hydrated aluminosilicate particles and solidify them while generating the ion adsorbent, and then performing solid-liquid separation. The ion adsorbent is formed of the hydrated aluminosilicate particles.
