Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize variation in material characteristics or lowering of durability, in a thermoelectric conversion element using a Sb-based thermoelectric conversion material.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion element includes a unit element composed of a Sb-based thermoelectric conversion material, electrodes bonded to both ends of the unit element, and an alloy layer including a full Heusler phase containing Sb provided between the Sb-based thermoelectric conversion material and at least one of the electrodes. Preferably, the alloy layer is Ti(Co, Ni)Sb. Preferably, the Sb-based thermoelectric conversion material is RCoSb(R is a rare earth element. 0≤x≤1).
