Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal fillet gas shield arc welding method that obtains a large leg length by one-pass welding of a horizontal fillet welding.SOLUTION: A torch angle of an electrode from a lower plate side is 20-40° and an aim position of welding is set as a distance from an intersection point between a vertical plate and a lower plate to the lower plate side of 0-5 mm. The welding is performed by using flux cored wire containing in mass% to the wire total mass, 0.02-0.08% of C, 0.2-1.0% of Si, 1.0-4.0% of Mn, 3.0-6.0% of TiOreduced value, 1.0-4.0% of SiOreduced value, 0.1-1.0% of FeO reduced value, 0.2-1.5% of the total of Zr oxide and ZrOreduced value of Zr, 1.0-3.5% of the total of MgO reduced value of Mg and MgO, 0.05-0.70% of the total of AlOreduced value of Al and AlO, 0.05-0.3% of the total of NaO reduced value and KO of K compound, 0.03-0.30% of F reduced value, and 6.0-13.0% of the total of slag formers. |
