CONTROLLED-OPERATION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ELEVATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlled-operation device and method for elevator, the device and method enabling execution of a normal operation of an elevator appropriately even in a case where a building vibrates under an earthquake or a strong wind.SOLUTION: A controlled-operation device for use in operating an elevator under control by detecting vibration of a building includes: a vibration meter for detecting vibration of a building; a vibration amount computing part for calculating, in real-time, a vibration amount of a long article disposed in a lift path in a cycle of an inherent cycle of the building or nearby the cycle for each floor of the building on the basis of a detection signal of the vibration detected by the vibration meter; and an operation control part for determining, in a case where a vibration amount in any cycle for individual floor calculated by the vibration amount computing part reaches a given threshold stored in a storage part, that the individual floor generating the vibration amount is a resonance story or determining, in a case where the vibration amount is predicted as reaching the threshold, that the individual floor generating the vibration amount is possibly a resonance story, and executing a control operation of the elevator so as to pass the floor that constitutes or possibly constitutes the resonance story.
