PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture of a condenser, in which a header 4 and a liquid receiver 6 are integrally brazed and fixed, and improve reliability of a brazed part thereof.SOLUTION: An outer periphery of a header 4 is formed as a first curved surface 5 that has an arc-shaped cross section protruding outward, and a pair of upper and lower chevron-shaped protrusions 9 is formed on the first curved surface 5. A concave surface 12 is provided on the top of the chevron-shaped protrusion 9, and aligned with an outer periphery of a liquid receiver 6 made of a pipe material. Additionally, the concave surface 12 is provided with an outlet 7 and an inlet 10, and the header 4 and the liquid receiver 6 are brazed ane fixed to each other in a state in which the outer periphery of the liquid receiver 6 is seated on the pair of concave surfaces 12.
