Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baby carriage sitting seat having excellent air permeability and cushioning property.SOLUTION: A longitudinal direction air groove (171) becomes depressed from the upper surface and lower surface of an air bag (190) to the thickness direction of an air cushion (110), and thereby, when an infant is seated, air flow occurs in the longitudinal direction air groove (171) to secure excellent air permeability. The same goes for a width direction air groove (172). The longitudinal direction air groove (171) and the width direction air groove (172) cross each other, and thereby, air flow occurs more efficiently to secure more excellent air permeability. A through hole (180) penetrating into the thickness direction is provided on a location where the longitudinal direction air groove (171) and the width direction air groove (172) cross each other, and thereby, air flow occurs also in the thickness direction to secure more excellent air permeability.
