Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall covering material and a surface layer film having an excellent balance among workability, surface strengthening properties, antifouling properties, and delustering properties, and having a good design at low cost.SOLUTION: A polyvinyl chloride film having a thickness of 10-50 μm is obtained by a calendering method from a composition in which 10-40 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin, 0-5 pts.wt. of a silicon-based resin, and 20-40 pts.wt. of a plasticizer are blended to 100 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride resin comprising 30-60 pts.wt. of a polyvinyl chloride-based delustering crosslinking resin, and laminated as a surface layer film on a foamable polyvinyl chloride layer.
