Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly wheel capable of changing moment of inertia without reference to a rotational speed.SOLUTION: A fly wheel includes a rotating shaft, a weight, a spring mechanism, and an adjustment mechanism. The weight is provided in such a manner as to be displaceable in a radial direction of rotation with respect to the rotating shaft. The spring mechanism urges the weight to the side of the rotating shaft, and the adjustment mechanism increases/decreases a spring constant of the spring mechanism.
