Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a waste material of a thermoplastic resin composition into a recycled material having high hydrolysis resistance.SOLUTION: The waste material of the thermoplastic resin composition contains an alloy resin formed of a polycarbonate resin and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin as main components and a flame retardant agent. A method for recycling the waste material of the thermoplastic resin composition comprises a mixing step of adding a silicate compound, acrylic rubber and a carbodiimide compound to the waste material of the thermoplastic resin composition and mixing them. The mixing step includes adding the silicate compound of 0.5 wt.% or more but 2 wt.% or less with respect to a total amount of the waste material of the thermoplastic resin composition of 100 wt.%, and adding the carbodiimide compound of 0.05 wt.% or more but 1 wt.% with respect to a total amount of the waste material of the thermoplastic resin composition of 100 wt.%.
