Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge system which can efficiently use power to be supplied from a power generator.SOLUTION: A charge device 30 receives power supply from a power generator 10 installed in a bicycle or an exercise bike to charge a battery for an electric power tool in a battery pack 20. At the time of charging, it is determined whether or not power supplied from the power generator 10 is larger than a power generation amount A required for charging the battery for the electric power tool, and when the power supplied from the power generator 10 is larger than the power generation amount A, a power storage section 46 is charged with surplus power. Moreover, charge conditions by the charge device 30 can be set with wireless communication through a communication terminal 60, and information on the charge device 30 side, such as a charge state, is transmitted to the communication terminal 60 wirelessly to be displayed on a display section 62.
