Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for manufacturing cereal flour-containing food products in a short time by baking an unfired cereal flour-containing dough using an electronic oven, and a cereal flour-containing dough packed in a microwave exothermic bag.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing cereal flour-containing food products includes: a dough making process A for making a cereal flour-containing dough by kneading dough material; a molding process B for molding; a fermentation process C for fermentation; a filling and sealing process D for filling the fermented cereal flour-containing dough into a microwave exothermic container bag in an indeterminate form capable of surrounding the cereal flour-containing dough with a heating part so as to be sealed; and a microwave heating process F for baking the cereal flour-containing dough with irradiation of microwaves. The cereal flour-containing dough packed in a microwave exothermic bag is made by kneading the dough material for fermentation and filling the unbaked cereal flour-containing dough into a microwave exothermic container bag in an indeterminate form having a heating part and a filling part to be filled with the cereal flour-containing dough. |
