Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function which can reduce an operation load required for a user to make reservation for one person and also present one-person reservation information corresponding to the user's request.SOLUTION: A reservation support device which can communicate with a terminal device for user's operations, is configured to: analyze a content of an input operation performed on the terminal device; reply a predetermined content according to a result of the analysis; determine whether the user has sufficiently input required information for making a reservation for predetermined activity; reply a content demanding to input the required information for making the reservation when the user has not sufficiently input the required information; when the user registers the reservation for one person, detect registration of another user's reservation which is for at least the same place and date, and also for one person; and when such a reservation registration of the other user is detected, can reply a content of the registered reservation of the other user to the terminal device.
