Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having a three-dimensional spherical surface while ensuring high productivity and reliability.SOLUTION: A flexible solar cell sheet 1 includes: plural solar cell columns 5 and plural through-notches 10 formed therebetween in a direction along solar cell columns 5. The flexible solar cell sheet 1 is bonded to a transparent curved board 8 having a three-dimensional curvature. The through-notches 10 absorb the stress generated on the inner surface of the solar cell sheet 1 by bonding the solar cell sheet 1 along the curved surface of the transparent curved board 8 while removing torsions and/or wrinkles. As a result, a solar cell module which has a three-dimensional spherical curvature and a high quality appearance is easily produced with fewer man-hour while ensuring the reliability.
