Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely eliminate causes of malfunction such that drain water cannot be discharged due to freezing of the drain water and water droplets.SOLUTION: Electric heating sheets 24 as heating elements are mounted on outer peripheral faces of two air tanks 11a, 11b of an air tank portion 11, so that freezing of draining water and droplets in two air tanks 11a, 11b can be suppressed. Thus, decrease of volumes of two air tanks 11a, 11b of the air tank portion 11 can be suppressed. A heating operation mode of an automatic heating operation mode for automatically performing a heating operation by the electric heating sheet 24, or a manual heating operation mode for manually performing the heating operation by the electric heating sheet 24, is controlled by a control circuit portion as control means.
