The cradle 2 comprises a control board 43 for controlling the pan operation, and an attaching screw 63 screwed into a tripod-attaching female screw part 9 of the camcorder 3. A ground of the control board 43 is electrically connected to the attaching screw 63. A contact part 60 is an elastic metal piece.
