SIDING EXTERIOR WALL PANEL AND EXTERIOR WALL STRUCTURE EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain advantages such as productivity and workability improvement and construction period reduction by paneling a siding exterior wall, to reduce thickness of the exterior wall, to eliminate the need of sealing work, to obtain a stable cut-off property based on dry sealing and to also reduce members.SOLUTION: The siding exterior wall panel comprises a panel frame 3 and a plurality of siding materials 4 vertically mounted side by side on a front face of the panel frame 3. Vertical frame materials 5, 5 at both side edges of the panel frame 3 are members to be disposed along internal side faces of neighboring columns 10, 10 and include, on rear sides, bolt insertion holes attached through bolts to gusset plates 13 fixed to the column 10 while protruding aside. The siding material 4 is extended aside more than the vertical frame member 5 so as to cover the front face of the column 10 to the center of the width of the column, and the rear side is covered with a moisture permeable waterproof sheet 11. At an edge on the rear side of the siding material 4, a cut-off material formed of an elastic material is provided to be disposed while being pressed against the front face of the column 10.
