The tensioner member (81) is operated such that an action of a relaxed side chain (71rs) acts against the input slide contacting part (P) slide contacting with a relaxed side chain (71rs) downstream side of the drive sprocket (72) of one side chain part (71r) and moves to cause the output slide contacting part (Q) to press against the other side chain part (71f) to apply tension force to the chain (71).
