PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool with which noise absorption effect can be surely obtained.SOLUTION: A holding tool includes: a pair of housing parts 11, 12 which is formed in a shape so as to surround an electric wire W, houses a pair of magnetic attachment members 30, 30 divided in two along an axial direction of the electric wire and has aperture planes; and electric wire fixing parts 20, 20 which are extended to the outside of the housing parts 11, 12 along the electric wire on one side wall on which a notch to which the electric wire W is inserted in the housing parts 11, 12 is formed. The holding tool is in a closed state when the aperture planes of the pair of the housing parts 11, 12 are put together and it is in an opened state when the aperture planes are separated. In the holding tool, a holding piece 22 is provided on the other side wall 14b located on the side opposite to the one side wall on which the electric wire fixing parts 20, 20 in the housing parts 11, 12 are extended, and the closed state is kept when the aperture planes of the pair of the housing parts are put together.
