PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translation support device, a translation support method and a translation support program, in which accuracy exhibited when paginal translation data to be used is selected out of collected paginal translation data can be enhanced.SOLUTION: A translation support device includes: a translation memory for storing paginal translation data, which is a combination of an original sentence and a translated sentence of the original sentence; a similar sentence extraction unit for extracting, out of the translation memory, the paginal translation data serving as a candidate used for translation of a translation target sentence; and a paginal translation data registration unit for associating paginal translation data used for translation of the translation target sentence, out of paginal translation data extracted by the similar sentence extraction unit, with information indicative of a preset field, and registering paginal translation data associated with the information indicative of the field in the translation memory. The similar sentence extraction unit ranks, as paginal translation data suitable for using for translation of the translation target sentence, paginal translation data whose information indicative of a field associated with the paginal translation data coincides with the preset field, out of the extracted paginal translation data.
