Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an art that collects gas by continuous and stable generation or production of a hydrate by direct contact heat exchange between a raw material aqueous solution in which gas is mixed, and one part thereof changes to a hydrate resulting from temperature change and a hot medium liquid that has a specific gravity different from that of the raw material aqueous solution.SOLUTION: When a raw material aqueous solution in which gas is mixed and one part thereof changes to a hydrate resulting from temperature change, and a hot medium liquid that has a specific gravity different from that of the raw material aqueous solution directly contact with each other, and a hydrate is generated from a raw material aqueous solution, a raw material aqueous solution and a hot medium liquid are introduced, a direction of movement of a raw material aqueous solution and a hot medium liquid that are introduced is changed, a raw material aqueous solution and a hot medium liquid in which a direction of movement is changed are made to revolve, and thereby separation is performed by centrifugal force generated by the revolution.
