Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal in which the design of displacement magnitude of a movable contact portion is easy and which can prevent plastic deformation due to the collision of the movable contact portion on the basis of overload, and a connector using the same.SOLUTION: A connection terminal 30 having a movable contact portion 38 protruding from the outside of a contact hole 16 of a housing 10 so as to be pressed particularly includes a first curved portion 35 and a second curved portion 37 which are formed continuously via a rigid coupling portion 36. A fixed portion 31 is provided on a free end portion of the first curved portion 35. The movable contact portion 38 and an abutment portion 39 which is arranged on an opposite side of the movable contact portion 38 and displaced toward the rigid coupling portion 36 are provided on a free end portion of the second curved portion 37.
