Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the position of an image sensor from changing due to deformation of an adhesive, in an image pick-up apparatus having a configuration for fixing the image sensors with an adhesive.SOLUTION: In an image pick-up apparatus including a frame member to which image sensors are fixed with an adhesive, an image sensor holding part to which the frame member is fastened by means of a plurality of screws, a filter facing the light-receiving surface of the image sensor, and a seal member held between the light-receiving surface and the filter, a bias member generating a force for biasing the image sensor in a direction approaching the filter is fastened to the image sensor holding part, together with the frame member, by means of the plurality of screws and disposed on the reverse side of the frame member.
