Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a vacuum state generated in an inlet pipe 10 of a filter vessel 12 after a filter vent operation of a nuclear reactor containment vessel.SOLUTION: When pressure rises inside a nuclear reactor containment vessel 1, separation valves 6 and 7 open to send high-temperature gas containing radioactive materials in the nuclear reactor containment vessel 1 to a filter vessel 12 housing pool water 11 for removing radioactive materials and a radioactive material removal filter 17. Then, by scrubbing in the pool water 11 and collection with the filter 17, radioactive materials in the gas are removed as much as possible to allow the radioactive material-reduced gas to discharge from an exhaust tube 15 into the atmosphere via an outlet pipe 14. The separation valves 6 and 7 are closed after the pressure is sufficiently reduced. After that, when the temperature inside the inlet pipe 10 gradually lowers to condense water vapor inside the pipe and to cause the inside of the pipe to be in a depressurized state, a check valve 36 operates to let outer air flow into the inlet pipe 10 via a vacuum eliminating pipe 37 to eliminate the depressurized state.
