PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to travel a vehicle while checking a traveling direction in a simple method without complicating a work.SOLUTION: A mark for detecting visual field is given to a helmet 31 that an operator OP wears. A camera 19 for photographing the operator OP from the above and acquiring the image of the mark for detecting visual field is mounted in a head guard 18 of a fork lift 10. A vehicle controller 24 determines a visual field direction of the operator OP on the basis of the image of the acquired mark. The vehicle controller 24 determines whether the visual field direction matches a traveling direction. The vehicle controller 24 imposes limitations on traveling when the visual field direction does not match the traveling direction.
