Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonlinear resistance material in which a filler is uniformly dispersed in a matrix resin, so that excellent nonlinear resistance characteristics can be obtained, and a method for producing the nonlinear resistance material.SOLUTION: A nonlinear resistance material 10 of an embodiment includes an epoxy resin and a matrix resin 50 comprising a hardener for hardening the epoxy resin. A first filler 20, a second filler 30 and a third filler 40 are dispersed in the matrix resin 50 to be contained. The first filler 20 has a nonlinear resistance property and comprises a particle made of a sintered body mainly consisting of ZnO. The second filler 30 comprises a particle made of a material having a volume resistivity of 10-10 cm. The third filler 40 comprises at least one of a layer compound and a needle-like compound.
