IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that facilitates an exchange work on a photoreceptor drum or the like disposed below an endless belt.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus (color printer 1) incudes: an apparatus main unit 10 having an opening 10A formed in an upper part thereof; a top cover 20 which is rotatably supported by a second sidewall side (at a rear side) of the upper part of the apparatus main unit 10 and which opens and closes the opening 10A; and an endless belt 63 disposed below the top cover 20. The image forming apparatus also includes a photoreceptor drum 51 disposed below the endless belt 63, a developing unit 50B disposed below the photoreceptor drum 51, and a fixing device 80 disposed above an end at the second sidewall side of the endless belt 63. The endless belt 63 is configured in such a way that an end at a first sidewall side (front side) can vertically swing around a rotation axis 63A disposed at the second sidewall side.
