Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an antiseptic solution that can endure long-term storage.SOLUTION: The method for producing an antiseptic solution comprising chlorine water comprises: adding at least a basic high concentration sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution to water; adding acetic acid as a neutralizing and pH buffering agent and an additional liquid mixture in which at least one organic acid of pyruvic acid, oxalic acid, oxalacetic acid and adipic acid is premixed and contained at a total content equal to 0.1-1 wt.% relative to the acetic acid as a disinfection adjuvant so that the pH value is adjusted to around 5-6; and adjusting the effective chlorine concentration to 1-10,000 mg/L.
