Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling air backflow prevention device which opens and closes a cooling air opening according to attachment/detachment of a cooled body to/from a cooling unit regardless of the intensity of the cooling air thereby unfailingly preventing the backflow of the cooling air, which rectifies the cooling air passing through the cooling air opening, and to provide an electronic equipment device including the cooling air backflow prevention device.SOLUTION: A cooling air backflow prevention device includes at least one open/close doors 34 and 35 which rotate to open to the cooling unit 20 side thereby opening a cooling opening 32 when a blade 10A is attached to a cooling unit 20 and return to an original position to close the cooling opening 32 when the blade 10A is removed from the cooling unit 20. The open/close doors 34 and 35 include rectification parts which rectify cooling air passing through the cooling opening 32.
