Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which has higher NO production promoting activity, and can be effectively expected of a poor circulation improving effect.SOLUTION: The NO production promoting composition contains, as active ingredients, (1) an egg white hydrolyzate obtained by decomposing the egg white with the use of a protease derived from genus Aspergillus and/or a protease derived from genus Bacillus and (2) cinnamon and/or black vinegar. The NO production promoting composition has high NO production promoting activity, and can be utilized for poor circulation improvement.
