Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container with a spout plug, capable of satisfactorily bonding or fixing a gap between a bottom surface of a flange and a surface of a container top part even when a large spacing is formed between the bottom surface of the flange and the surface of the container top part when fixing a spout of the spout plug to the container top part with the flange.SOLUTION: A spout plug includes: a plate-shaped, thermoplastic flange 6 surrounding an outer periphery of an opening schedule part of a top surface and extended and fixed to the top surface; a cylindrical spout 7 molded integrally with the flange and standing from an edge part of the opening schedule part; a cap threaded with the spout to establish a liquid-tight state; and a cutting blade built in the spout and cutting the opening schedule part to perform the opening when opened. The plate-shaped flange is provided with a flexible band region 8 parallel to the top surface.
