Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can have improved visibility without spoiling its flexibility, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A display device 1 is configured such that a support member 20 having a shape memory function is disposed on a rear surface of a display member 10 and an optical film 30 is disposed on a front surface of the display member 10. Because of arrangement of the support member 20 with a shape memory function, a display region 10A can be made flat by utilizing exhaust heat of a light emitting element, a TFT, driver ICs 14A and 14B, and so on which generate heat due to power supply for browsing, to resolve bending and waving of the display region 10A which occur after folding. Therefore, visibility of the display region 10A during browsing can be improved without spoiling flexibility of the display device 1.
