The frame body 11, the operation part 13, and the fixing parts 8a to 8c are integrally formed, and the fixing parts 8a to 8c are not continuously formed at both end parts of one frame piece 11a. When the operation panel is fixed to a front surface of the frame body 11, the fixing parts 8a to 8c are located at edge parts of the rear surface of the operation panel and the operation part 13 is located at an edge part of the front surface of the operation panel.
