Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting device of an internal combustion engine, capable of suppressing degradation in startability of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A starting device 100 of an internal combustion engine includes: an outside air temperature detector 60 detecting an outside air temperature Ta; a timer 65 detecting an actual stop time C of the internal combustion engine 25; an HV-ECU 70; a generator 31 functioning as a starter of the internal combustion engine 25; and an inverter 24. The HV-ECU 70 calculates an ideal stop time Ces of the internal combustion engine 25 based on a detection result of the outside air temperature detector 60, and controls the inverter 24 and the generator 31 to start the internal combustion engine 25 when the actual stop time C detected by the timer 65 is the ideal stop time Ces or longer.
